The plain-English rules
By using Draxiq, Lighthouse, or any related service, you agree to these terms. Read them once. They're written in plain language because contracts that hide things in legalese are how people get burned.
Lighthouse is an educational platform, not financial advice. Nothing on this site, in articles, on the dashboard, or generated by the AI assistant constitutes personalised investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The information is general, may be wrong, may be out of date, and is provided for educational purposes only.
Do not trade, invest, or make financial decisions based on what you read here without consulting a qualified financial adviser regulated by the FCA. Markets carry real risk. You can lose all your money. Past performance does not predict future results.
Who we are
Draxiq is operated by Graham Kennedy, sole trader, based in Banks, Southport, United Kingdom. References to "we," "us," or "Draxiq" mean Graham Kennedy in his capacity as the operator. Lighthouse is a product brand operated under Draxiq.
Using the service
You can use Draxiq and Lighthouse if:
- You are 16 years of age or older
- You use the service for lawful purposes
- You do not abuse the service (rate limit evasion, attempting to extract proprietary data, automated scraping at scale, etc.)
- You do not represent the AI's output as your own original analysis to third parties
Educational content disclaimer
Lighthouse provides:
- Macroeconomic data sourced from public databases (primarily FRED)
- Educational articles explaining financial concepts
- An AI-powered assistant that can answer questions about the data and concepts
- Quizzes to test understanding
All of the above is general educational content. It does not take into account your personal financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, tax situation, or jurisdiction. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser.
AI assistant — important caveats
The Lighthouse AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude language model. By using it, you understand:
- AI responses can be wrong. Language models can hallucinate, misremember historical data, or make logical errors. Always verify against primary sources before acting on anything.
- AI responses are not personalised advice. The assistant has no knowledge of your personal financial circumstances. It cannot give regulated investment advice and we have not authorised it to do so.
- AI responses are educational. They explain concepts and contextualise data. They are not signals to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
- Conversations are sent to Anthropic. Your messages are processed by Anthropic's API. See our privacy notice for details.
No warranty
Draxiq and Lighthouse are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
- The reliability, uptime, or availability of the service
- The fitness of the service for any particular purpose
- The behaviour or responses of the AI assistant
Data may be delayed, missing, or incorrect. Articles may contain errors. The AI may produce flawed reasoning. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee anything.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draxiq and Graham Kennedy will not be liable for:
- Any financial losses you suffer from acting on information from Draxiq, Lighthouse, articles, or the AI assistant
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the service
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
Intellectual property
Original content on Draxiq and Lighthouse — articles, design, code, illustrations, brand identity — is copyright Graham Kennedy / Draxiq. Public macro data sourced from FRED, ICE BofA, US Treasury, and similar public sources is not our copyright; we display and contextualise it under fair use for educational purposes.
You may share links to articles freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish entire articles, train AI models on our content, or copy our design without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt unauthorised access
- Use automated tools to scrape data, abuse the rate limiter, or generate fake traffic
- Misrepresent yourself or your relationship with Draxiq
- Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies
- Use the service for any illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
Termination
We can suspend or block access to Draxiq for any user who breaks these terms or abuses the service. We do not need to provide notice or reason. You can stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
